Vacancy sensors You turn the lights on. The sensor keeps them on as long as motion is detected, and then turns lights off automatically after a room has been vacated. Multiple sensing technologies Choose the sensing technology that's right for your application. We otter models featuring PIR and ultrasonic. PIR technology senses occupancy by detecting the difference between heat emitted from the human body in motion and the background space. It relys on an unobstructed view to operate effectively. Ultrasonic technology works by transmitting ultrasonic sound waves throughout an area and measuring the speed at which they return. Occupant movement changes the
frequency at which these sound waves return, resulting in a Doppler shift and occupancy detection.
Multi-way control Enable true 3-way lighting control in rooms with more than one entrance, or any area with multiple switch locations. They provide full manual or auto control from any location, and lights will remain on as long as one of the sensors detects motion.
