Stainless steel ring to house twin walled translucent Polycarbonate canopy to protect users from rain. Idea: This to also house LED lighting strips in radial layout. These to be connected to the charging mechanism and to demonstrate the amount of charge being generated at any particular time. If the batteries have a full charge - all levels of this radial lighting display will illuminate. One or two bars could always be on so as to give adequate illumination to the structure.

3 Sided base structure to house batteries on steel rack. Power conversion unit to be located in upper storage area. Removable steel panels for full access with taper proof bolts. 851
Touch screen TV monitor or monitor housed within Polycarbonate case (Dependant on whether the users will interact with the display or whether the phone connection/ display usage will be simplified to eliminate possible damage to screen). One of these displays could be located at a lower level to accomodate wheelchair users. Below the monitor will be 2 - 3 no. phone/ tablet charging stations. These to be in folded steel plate with slot at bottom to allow insertion of charging cable. USB ports to be supplied for users in unit located in the base structure or monitor case. Users must bring their own USB cable to eliminate cables being taken by other users.
