England’s contribution to the European Heritage Days scheme, Heritage Open Days celebrates its 25th anniversary this year! Co-ordinated today by the National Trust with support from players of the People’s Postcode Lottery, it’s known as ‘the local national festival’. This year the festival focusses on ‘People Power’.
