Weekly tours with the store designers about the construction process, discuss about design changes. Final details and deal with each department store boss.

Objetive: T h e s p a c e w a s m o d i fi e d based in the concepts: spaciousness feeling, more space to cook and the clue that a guy lives there.
Details: A wall between living room and kitchen was removed and a new kitchen bar was placed. Leaving the raw material of two walls, metal windows and doors. The bedrooms were updated with the customer's favorite colors. Laying of l a m i n a t e fl o o r . R e - u p h o l s t e r e d s o f a , n e w t a b l e a n d l u m i n a r i e s . Sofa reupholstering.

A t e a m p r o j e c t e x a m i n i n g t h e fi r s t multifamily housing in MĂŠxico. Objetive: Generation of new typologies h o u s i n g b a s e d o n r e d e n s i fi c a t i o n , s u s t a i n a b i l i t y , fl e x i b i l i t y a n d c o h e sion with the city criteria. Details:The redesign of residual as a collective spaces encourage group activities that will result in the appropriation of the space.
