L’ANATOLE CURRENT MUSIC CENTER MARCH - JUNE 2017 Final year project
The initials SMAc “Scène de Musiques Actuelles” coincides with a promotion and diffusion programm of currents musics, established in 1998 by the french Ministry of Culture. The final year studio “Paris Métropolitains” is conducted by the architect Andres Atela and the sociologist Luis Lopez in the La Villette architecture school of Paris. It raises question about the mutation of the city of Saint-Denis in the “Grand Paris” development. The students had to propose an architectural reply to a real need diagnosed on the territory. The project presented here is based on an urban study about the district “Porte de Paris-Plaine Saulnier” which will be a strategic place for the next Olympic Games. The center offers a concert hall for the amplified music of 1500 persons capacity; a black box with a possibility of outdoor scene; a school of music; practice and recording studios; association locales, cafeterias and artist residences.

South reach After working on the urban planning by group, we all have developed its own conception of one tower of the project. This tower is situated between the wood and the lower railway, it opens on a little place. The tower’s form completes the site’s challenges and brings together differents functions. The lower part of the building is dedicated to a professional activity and offers office spaces. The central part allows a transition with the roof of the adjoining building’s block. It proposes restaurant services and leisure activities while the higher part proposes housing. The aim is to find a coherence between the form, structure, function and treatment of the facade whilst taking into account solar orientation and urban environment

PARISIAN BUILDING ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT DECEMBER JANUARY 2014 Individual project
The plot is situated in the heterogeneous urban fabric of the district 20 of Paris. The acreage of 30 m wide is currently in reconversion and it is placed between the higher street of the Cascades and the street of the Ermitage below. The goal is to design 15 housings while preserving the pedestrian and visual connection between the two streets. The idea is to create a little central park. The first unit of housings is situated at the north of the plot in order to maximise the sun’s receipt and views over the park. There is an other little unit of artist’s studio in the souther side wich can enjoy of the diffuse light from the north. The west part of the plot is mostly vegetalized in order to relieve adjoining empty spaces.

TEMPORARY HOUSING FOR SURFERS CONCOURS ReTHINKING 1ST EDITION DECEMBER 2014 Group of 4
The competition is organizaded by the ReTHINKING team in Spain. It proposes the installation of a temporary shelter for the sea lovers society dedicated to water sports. It is situated in the beach or above the sea of Tarifa, the southern city of Europe. The housings have to provide essential needs and to be independant, not relying on urban rush. Our choice is to imagine the project above the sea, in order to be connected of the element of the activity, passion and respect of the users. We propose a structure where can be added ÂŤboxesÂť with differents functions and differents skins. It provides a maximum of freedom and a multitud of possibilities for people can choose, participate and make their own place to live.

In 2014, the demolition of the Fulton block was initiated near to the Austerlitz station, in the 13th district of Paris. In the framework of the district reorganization, the project provides a new type of buildings bringing together housing accomodation and activities. This was an opportunity for the architecture school’s students to reconsider this new district through a theoretical project. Our group proposed a brand new green space, the Austerlitz wood. The wood is assumed as a caracteristic element of the city but it is while softly connecting the others urban components. The differents levels of the site can be associated by the slight slope of the wood ground. The two roadways along the quay at the east and along the railway at the west are preserved but coverded for a grand part by free spaces dedicated to pedestrian, bikes or public transports. Just as the wood is linked to the equipped quays by mineral places, stairs, access ramps or foot bridges.

The urbanism and landscape course was taught during my year in the Polytecnic school of Valencia. It gave us a better understanding of this various disciplines. The programm provided theorical approaches while analysing examples and specifics projects. We have acquired composition methods with a thorough knowledge of natural and construction materials. This class was connected with a project in an actual Valencia’s context. We analysed the east side of the Benimaclet district of Valencia. In the early 2000 the city planned to build a new urban complex in this place. The construction was cancelled for economic reasons and the land has become into an urban wilderness. The neighbourhood’s residents created an association in order to re-appropriate the field. They transformed it and made urban vegetables gardens and associative activities areas. The class project integrated this current transformation into a new masterplan and attempted to incorporate future evolution of this space.

OAB - CARLOS FERRATER 6 MONTHS OF INTERNSHIP JULY DECEMBER 2015 Publics and privates projects
The long period internship with OAB allow me to assimilate the differents steps of an urban, landscape or architectural project, since the conception phase to execution details. I was part of the team for the international competition Nou Camp Nou. OAB in collaboration with Gensler, which was preselected for the FC Barcelona stadium’s rehabilitation. Moreover, the workteam and this new life experience allow me to discover and learn again, especially about Barcelona or meditteranean and littoral contexts.

MACDONALD WAREHOUSE 3 WEEKS OF INTERNSHIP FEBRUARY 2013 Chantiers modernes - VINCI
This north-east parisian warehouse of 90m between 617m is one of the biggest building in Paris and it was completed in 1970 by the architect Marcel Forest. Throught the renewal urban edge project of Paris, the rehabilitation of the building was won by OMA and then untrusted to Floris Alkemade and Xaveer De Geyter. The objective is to transformate the plant into housings, shops, yards, parks, officies and a secondary school. My internship occured with VINCI Construction group, which had to rehabilitate the infrastructure’s part of the warehouse. Work of measures on the site, retranscription’s made on an operation of this stature and the immersion in a dynamic, professionnal and relationnal context enabled me to assimilate world of construction’s stakes and confirmed my interest for the architecture.

EXP ARCHITECTES 5 MONTH INTERNSHIP MARCH JULY 2016 Urban studies and architectural projects
The office Exp architectes is involved in differents project stages related with the Grand Paris, and the metropolitans processes of other french cities like Rouen or Dijon. I worked on the urban study for the district of a new Grand Paris metro station in Villejuif, with city meetings, dossier and records creations, contacts with the entreprises and institution. I also worked on the executive file of a public space project in Gentilly, at the south of Paris. The office is also engaged in products and technicals developments, such as street furniture design or passive houses technologies. In this way, I participated to the Audi Talent awards competition - design section, with a project of a reuse of a vehicle operators into mobile house, which was selected among the finalists propositions.
