Non vogliamo essere un prodotto del nostro ambiente, ma l’ambiente che ci circonda deve essere un nostro prodotto. Insieme al nostro team, bellissima banda di “artisti pazzi”, abbiamo dato vita, materia e colore a superfici lavorate ad arte. Le nostre collezioni nascono da prove di materiali liquidi e materici; nella continua ricerca di una finitura diversa, ecologica, indistruttibile e allo stesso tempo entusiasmante,come una dolce tortura. Con il disegno siamo riusciti a comunicare sensazioni ed emozioni che diversamente non saremmo riusciti a dare. Nascono così quadri, mobili, rivestimenti e oggetti d’arredo dalla forte impronta artistica e vestiti d’immagini forti, dolci, tenebrose e toccanti. We don’t want to be a product of our habitat, but the habitat that surrounds us must be our product. Together with our team, a wonderful gang of “crazy artists”, we gave life, substance and colour to surfaces worked to perfection. Il brand CRAZY HOME è stato ideato e progettato con l’utilizzo di una semplice “esplosione di materia”. È noto che viene sempre più sentita, da parte degli utilizzatori finali, la necessità di creare ambienti più rigidamente conformi a regole ecologiche volte a salvaguardare la salute degli utilizzatori. Momenti mette a punto un procedimento che consente di realizzare elementi di arredo che riportino immagini, figure, astrattismi o simili e che, pur mantenendo le proprie caratteristiche funzionali nonché di resistenza meccanica e durata nel tempo, siano, tuttavia, attuati con tecniche e materiali biocompatibili ed ecologicamente sostenibili.

The CRAZY HOME collection has been conceived and planned by the use of a simple “material outburst”. It is well-known that end users feel an increasing need to create rooms which are strictly in line with the ecological rules aimed at safeguarding the users’ health. Momenti defines a procedure which allows to realize furnishing elements reproducing images, figures, abstract art or similar, which, while maintaining their functional features as well as their mechanical resistance and long life, are also created by the use of biocompatible and sustainable techniques and materials.

I supporti utilizzati per l’applicazione del composto elaborato da Momenti possono essere di vario genere: - Pannello composito in lega di alluminio con interposto un core di polietilene che è il più semplice dei polimeri sintetici e più presente in natura, sul quale vengono applicate resine. - Ecopannelli in cellulosa reciclata e reciclabile al 100% con kraft bianco di cellulosa. Questo tipo di supporto è ecologico, reciclato, reciclabile, leggero ed economico. - Pannelli in particelle di legno realizzati mediante l’utilizzo di materiale legnoso di recupero, evitando l’abbattimento di nuovi alberi. Per questo prodotto sono stati utilizzati collanti a basso contenuto di formaldeide. Il processo di lavorazione avviene nel massimo rispetto delle norme ambientali vigenti. A questi supporti viene poi applicato il composto di resine idrorepellenti atossiche prive di odori e di facile pulizia. Le resine sono conosciute fin dalla antichità e hanno sempre trovato un vasto impiego, soprattutto per le loro proprietà filmogene, adesive e idrorepellenti. Da sole o più spesso in mescolanza con altre sostanze, compaiono in antichi ricettari per creare prodotti utilizzati come film protettivi, trasparenti, isolanti e per preparare stucchi e opere d’arte.

The supports employed for the application of the compound elaborated by Momenti can be of different types: - Composite aluminum alloy panel with an interposed core of polyethylene, which is the simplest of the synthetic polymers and the most present in nature, on which resins are applied. - 100% recycled and recyclable cellulose eco-panels with white cellulose kraft. This kind of support is ecological, recycled, recyclable, lightweight and economical. - Wooden particle panels created by the use of salvaged wooden material, thus avoiding the cutting of new trees. Low-formaldehyde glues have been used for this product. The working process takes place in full respect of the current environmental regulations. Our compound is then applied to these supports, which is made of non-toxic, odor-free, water-repellent and easy to clean resins. Resins have been known since antiquity and have always found a wide application, especially for their film-forming, adhesive and water-repellent properties. Alone, or more often mixed with other substances, the resins appear in ancient recipes to create products used as protective, transparent, insulating films and to prepare stucco and works of art.

Il brand CRAZY PAPER è stato ideato e progettato con l’utilizzo di una semplice “esplosione di creatività”. Per connotare il brand CRAZY PAPER prendiamo in prestito - in tutta umiltà - un pensiero di socratica memoria: «L’uomo, per elevarsi a un livello superiore, ammette di non sapere e sa di ignorare. Per questo motivo non smette di cercare, pensare, inventare. L’uomo curioso, spesso un artista (e non importa in quale campo), non conosce l’ozio del pensiero e quando ha la fortuna di poterlo disegnare ecco che innesca il processo della creatività». CRAZY PAPER è un po’ così: sa di non poter mai definire concluso il processo dell’interpretazione, della decorazione, del bello. Sa di non essere alla meta, perché ogni giorno la vita regala un’ennesima ispirazione, così come ogni casa è per noi una tela bianca, un foglio candido dove riempire gli occhi con suggestioni sempre nuove. The CRAZY PAPER brand has been created and designed with a simple “creativity outburst” In order to outline the CRAZY PAPER brand, we humbly borrow a teaching of Socratic memory: «The human being, in order to lift himself to a higher level, admits not to know and knows to be ignorant. For he doesn’t stop searching, thinking, inventing. The curious man, often the artist (disregarding his field), doesn’t know the idleness of thought and when he has the luck to draw it, that’s how the creativity process is settled». CRAZY PAPER is quite alike: it knows that the interpretation process will never be concluded, as well as the ones of decoration and beauty. It knows it has yet to reach its goal, for life gifts us every day with further inspirations, just as any house is a blank canvas, a white sheet where to fill your eyes with always new suggestions. Moreover, the house is a three-dimensional volume made of vertical and horizontal levels, of bolting lines and unintentional anamorphosis; that’s the reason why we also know not to know, know not to be: this is not a simple wallpaper collection, this is not a standard range of floor coatings, this is not a passive sample of fashion colors. We like to think about our creations as tools for free interpretation, to be used in recommended doses, but also to exaggerate their perception. Tessuti in fibra di vetro Vantaggi tecnici e operativi. I tessuti CRAZY PAPER sono realizzati con filati speciali di fibre di vetro molto sottili, ottenute in fusione a una temperatura di 1400°C. Le fibre così ottenute mantengono, anche nei tessuti, le caratteristiche chimiche e fisiche del vetro. La qualità produttiva dei tessuti CRAZY PAPER è garantita dalla lunga esperienza maturata nella tessitura di filati in fibra di vetro e dagli enormi quantitativi di tessuti applicati nei paesi europei, dove tali articoli riscuotono un indiscusso consenso e un sicuro collaudo. I tessuti CRAZY PAPER sono trattati con uno speciale appretto che ne facilita la posa in opera. Le differenti trame dei tessuti CRAZY PAPER possono essere applicate in ogni tipo di ambiente. Il tessuto CRAZY PAPER è ignifugo. Rientra in classe B-s1, d0. Il tessuto CRAZY PAPER è fonoassorbente. Il tessuto in fibra di poliestere rientra nella classe B di fonoassorbenza. Glass fiber fabrics Technical and operational advantages. CRAZY PAPER fabrics are produced with special, really thin glass fiber yarns, obtained by a 1400°C melting process. All fibers thus obtained keep, even in fabric shape, all glass chemical and physical features. CRAZY PAPER fabric production quality is warranted by our long-standing experience in weaving glass fiber yarns and by the enormous amount of fabrics sold throughout Europe, where such items have received undoubted success and safe testing. CRAZY PAPER fabrics are processed with a special primer in order to facilitate their placement. All different CRAZY PAPER fabric patterns can be applied in any kind of environment. CRAZY PAPER fabric is fireproof. It is certified in class B-s1, d0. CRAZY PAPER fabric is sound absorbing. The polyester fiber textiles are classified B for sound absorbing. CRAZY PAPER fabric hides cracks. Exploiting the mechanical strength of glass fiber, it provides an excellent protection against fissuring and settling cracks, perfectly coating any support.

Proseguendo nell’obiettivo di rivestire qualsiasi superficie, che sia un pavimento, una parete o un oggetto d’arredo, sì è resa necessaria la ricerca di materiali adeguati per le diverse destinazioni d’uso. CRAZY TILE è la ceramica che emoziona grazie al design e alla personalizzazione. Momenti vuole offrire prodotti che rappresentino soluzioni in grado di esprimere in ogni ambiente la personalità di colui che lo vive. CRAZY TILE rappresenta il legame fra il patrimonio della tradizione ceramica e la ricerca del design contemporaneo. Un rinnovamento fondamentale del concetto di rivestire, nel rispetto della qualità tecnica e dell’apporto creativo. La ceramica rappresenta l’unica tipologia di materiale adatta a tutti gli ambienti (cucina, bagno, soggiorno, camera da letto, ecc.) e permette quindi di creare, nel massimo della libertà, lo stile della tua casa e interpretare le tendenze del design. La ceramica è un prodotto naturale, realizzato con materie prime non dannose per l’uomo e per l’ambiente, eccellenti e sicure, utilizzato da secoli. Fra le varie possibilità di materiali ceramici abbiamo deciso di usare il Gres porcellanato: un impasto di argilla, sabbia e altre sostanze naturali cotte a temperatura elevata. Se ne determina un composto stabile con una tendenza quasi nulla a reagire con altre sostanze. Il Gres porcellanato è un prodotto unico che può rivestire pavimenti e rivestimenti, in un connubio perfetto che permette coordinati senza compromessi. La soluzione ideale per rivestire tutte le superfici. Custom made CRAZY TILE riveste qualsiasi superfice: che sia un pavimento, una parete o un oggetto d’arredo. Il processo lavorativo permette di personalizzare ogni tipo di rivestimento partendo da un’idea, un’intuizione, un semplice disegno fornito dal Cliente o da un’immagine presente sul Catalogo. Performance Le nostre superfici ceramiche sono: - Igieniche: la loro manutenzione è semplice. Si puliscono con acqua calda e detergenti neutri. Sono inerti e non rilasciano alcuna sostanza. Pertanto non contribuiscono ad aumentare il livello di tossicità dei prodotti detergenti che, dopo l’utilizzo, vengono scaricati nell’ecosistema come i prodotti chimici e i solventi. Sono inattaccabili dalle muffe e dai muschi. - Le piastrelle possono essere utilizzate in un edificio come dissipatore di calore. Ottime per riscaldamento a pavimento. - Durature: il ciclo di vita atteso è di 50 anni (TCNA Study of Floor Covering Costs, 2006) contro i 6/10/15 anni rispettivamente per moquette/vinile/legno. - Non tossiche: le piastrelle in ceramica non contengono COV (composti organici volatili) che emettono gas prima, durante e dopo l’istallazione. Among all kinds of ceramic materials, we have chosen Glazed Porcelain: a mixture of clay, sand and other natural matters glazed at high temperatures. Glazed porcelain is a unique product capable of coating floors and coverings in perfect harmony, allowing matching without compromises. It’s the ideal solution to cover any kind of surface. Custom made CRAZY TILE covers any surface, being it a floor, a wall or furniture. The working process allows us to customize any kind of coating, starting from an idea, an intuition, a simple design supplied by our Customer or from a picture found on our Catalogue. Performance Our ceramics are: - Hygienic: their maintenance is extremely easy. They’re washable with warm water and neutral detergents. They’re inert, and won’t release any substance; meaning they won’t contribute to the toxicity level of any detergent being released in the environment after use. They’re mold and moss resistant. - Our tiles may be used in buildings in order to dissipate heat. They’re perfect for underfloor heating. - Durable: their expected lifecycle consists of 50 years (TCNA Study of Floor Covering Costs, 2006) against 6/10/15 years respectively for moquette/vinyl/wood. - Non-toxic: ceramic tiles don’t contain VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emitting gas before, during and after use. They don’t absorb smoke, painting off-gassing or other contaminating substances, enhancing the quality of indoor environments. They’re insoluble and unalterable when coming in contact with water and the majority of chemicals.

Con Free-Art il TUO ambiente sarà sempre adeguato al momento che stai vivendo o alla fantasia che vorrai esprimere. Free-Art è estremamente semplice da progettare e altrettanto facile da personalizzare, nelle forme e nelle dimensioni: può essere facilmente integrato da nuovi elementi anche in tempi diversi e convince per il suo aspetto semplice, ma estremamente pulito e moderno. I materiali utilizzati per la costruzione e il rivestimento dei suoi elementi sono tutti con Certificazione di Ignifugicità per le tre grandi Classi Internazionali (1IM / British Standard / TB117). Questo vale anche per il tessuto, che è 100% poliestere “trevira cs”, con proprietà ignifughe intrinseche nella fibra che ne consentono il posizionamento sia in ambienti domestici che in aree pubbliche. La base del concetto di Free-Art passa attraverso due elementi base che vanno a creare e conformare il divano o la composizione che si preferisce. Il Ring è la base a terra dell’area che si vuole andare ad arredare; la sua misura e relativa collocazione nello spazio rappresentano idealmente la proiezione in pianta dell’ingombro che si vuole ottenere dall’imbottito. Gli elementi di CONFORMAZIONE, invece, sono gli imbottiti, che vanno a “riempire” lo spazio del Ring. Sono elementi che rispettano una semplice regola in pianta: sono tutti rettangoli con misure di 30, 60 o 90 cm in modo da completare il Ring stesso nelle sue misure. Di seguito suggeriamo il sistema di progettazione più facile per meglio comprendere la duttilità del prodotto.

ELEMENTO SEDUTA L’elemento seduta è composto da una struttura in Legno Multistrati di Pioppo, e legno di Abete Massello, con piano di seduta molleggiato mediante cinghie elastiche. La struttura in Legno è rivestita lateralmente da un primo strato di poliuretano portante (21 kg/m3), per rivestirlo e renderlo morbido ai lati, mentre la parte preposta alla seduta è in Poliuretano ad Alda Densità (40 kg/m3) ma di grande resilienza ed elasticità per poter garantire un ottimo confort di seduta. Il tutto è ricoperto da un soffice accoppiato in fibra poliestere da 350 gr/m3, che lo rende soffice al tatto e e ben confezionato esternamente, in modo che anche una volta “svestito” non si presentino parti interne a vista.

Sulla parte superiore si trova una protezione gommosa ad altissima densità (75 kg/m3) che serve a far sì di non sentire la spigolosità del legno all’appoggio della mano. La parte anteriore, invece, è suddivisa in una parte più resiliente a contatto con le cinghie di molleggio (40 kg/m3) e una parte più soffice (D.21 kg/m3 soffice) dove avviene l’appoggio delle spalle, in modo da creare una ergonomia ottimale per l’appoggio di tutta la schiena. Il tutto viene a sua volta ricoperto da un soffice accoppiato in fibra poliestere da 350 gr/m3, analogo all’elemento di seduta, che lo rende soffice al tatto e ben confezionato esternamente, in modo che anche una volta “svestito” non si presentino parti interne a vista.

CONDIZIONI COMMERCIALI La Ditta MOMENTI si riserva la facoltà di apportare modifiche alla produzione in qualsiasi momento o di variare i prezzi qui indicati, anche senza preavviso, se ciò si rendesse necessario in seguito all’aumento del costo delle materie prime o della manodopera. La Ditta MOMENTI declina ogni responsabilità per inesattezze tecniche, descrizioni, nonché errori di stampa riportati sul presente listino. I prezzi indicati sul presente listino 2016 sono IVA non inclusa e riportati in Euro. 1. TRASPORTO La merce, se venduta franco fabbrica, viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente; mentre se venduta franco destino su sponda camion fin dove arrivano gli automezzi che la trasportano, viaggia a rischio e pericolo del produttore. Sono ammessi reclami solo se fatti entro 8 giorni dalla data di consegna con lettera raccomandata. Per danni alla merce causata dal trasporto o colli mancanti. I reclami devono essere fatti al ricevimento della merce. 2. TERMINI DI CONSEGNA I termini di consegna sono indicativi. Pertanto, in caso di ritardo, è escluso ogni indennizzo per danni diretti o indiretti. 3. ELEMENTI SPECIALI La produzione di elementi su misura è possibile solo a discrezione esclusiva della Ditta fornitrice. Gli elementi speciali verranno forniti con le maggiorazioni riportate sul listino o concordate tra le parti. Per questi elementi speciali non si accetta la restituzione. 4. MATERIALI E FINITURE Le finiture e i materiali dei prodotti fotografati sul catalogo sono puramente indicativi. La fornitrice declina ogni responsabilità per inesattezze di stampa o per errate indicazioni sulle caratteristiche del prodotto. In caso di eventuali completamenti, non è possibile garantire l’uniformità, in quanto trattasi di una lavorazione puramente artigianale ed eseguita esclusivamente da sapienti mani. Di conseguenza il committente accetta tali tolleranze. 5. CONSISTENZA PARETI – MONTAGGIO La tenuta dei supporti a scomparsa per il montaggio dei mobili, specchi, lampade e quadri è subordinata alla consistenza della parete a cui sono applicati gli stessi. Si consiglia di prendere visione degli schemi di montaggio e piani di posa allegati al prodotto acquistato. Per errori o anomalie riscontrati nel fissaggio, la Ditta MOMENTI si esonera da responsabilità nei confronti di persone o cose. 6. REQUISITI DEI MATERIALI La Scheda prodotto conforme al D.Lgs 206 del 06/09/2005 “Codice del consumo” offre la completa trasparenza al consumatore riguardo materiali, rivestimenti e finiture utilizzate. Contiene inoltre le avvertenze per l’uso e la manutenzione. La Scheda prodotto e gli schemi tecnici e di montaggio vengono allegati al prodotto all’interno dell’imballaggio. 7. PAGAMENTI Le condizioni e le modalità di pagamento delle singole forniture verranno di volta in volta pattuite per iscritto in occasione della proposta d’ordine e della contestuale accettazione della medesima da parte della Ditta fornitrice. Non si riconoscono pagamenti effettuati a mani di altri soggetti se non muniti di mandato all’incasso, di cui il cliente è tenuto a chiedere conferma scritta. Anche nel caso di contestazioni, i pagamenti non possono essere sospesi. Il ritardo di pagamenti anche di una sola rata autorizza la Ditta fornitrice a chiederne il pagamento totale, con l’addebito degli interessi di mora commerciali nella misura prevista dalla legge. La merce rimane di proprietà della Ditta fornitrice sino al pagamento totale da parte del committente. 8. MINIMO D’ORDINE Il minimo d’ordine cumulativo per campionatura tra i vari articoli è di € 1.500,00 netti. 9. FORO COMPETENTE Per qualunque controversia derivante dai rapporti di fornitura disciplinati dalle presenti condizioni generali o comunque con le stesse commesse, sarà competente in via esclusiva l’autorità giudiziaria del foro di Forlì (Italia), con espresse concorde esclusione di qualsiasi altro foro eventualmente concorrente o alternativo.

SALES CONDITIONS The MOMENTI Company reserves the right to modify the production or to change at any moment all prices herein indicated, even without notice, due to increases in raw materials or labour costs. The MOMENTI Company declines all responsibility for any incorrect technical information, descriptions, as well as printing inaccuracies indicated on the price list. Prices indicated in this price list 2016 do not include VAT and are expressed in Euros. 1. TRANSPORT The goods, if sold ex work, travel at the buyer’s risks and perils; whereas if they are sold free at destination (FOB) carried on truck up to the point where the motor vehicles will transport them, they travel at the risks and perils of the producer. Claims are allowed only if made within 8 days from the delivery date by means of registered letter. In cases of damage to goods caused by the transport or missing packages, all claims must be made upon the receipt of the goods. 2. DELIVERY DATES The delivery dates are approximate. Therefore, in case of delay, all compensation for direct or indirect damages is excluded. 3. SPECIAL ELEMENTS The production of made-to-measure elements is possible only at the exclusive discretion of the supplier Company. All custom elements will be supplied with the price increases indicated on the price list or agreed between the parties. No return of these custom elements is accepted. 4. MATERIALS AND FINISHES The finishes and materials of the products appearing in the photographs on the catalogue are merely indicative. The Supplier declines all responsibility for any inaccuracies in printing or for incorrect information on product characteristics. In case of any completions it is not possible to guarantee uniformity, since everything is purely handmade and crafted by expert hands. Consequently the buyer accepts such tolerances. 5. WALL SOLIDITY - ASSEMBLY The holding strength of the counter-sunk supports for all furniture, mirrors, lights and paintings will depend on the solidity of the wall to which they will be fastened. It is recommended to always check the manual / production sheets and mounting instructions included in the purchased product. The MOMENTI Company declines any responsibility towards persons or things for any errors or anomalies that may occur in the fastening. 6. MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS The product information sheet, in accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, the “Consumer Code”, offers the costumer full transparency regarding the materials. It also contains information on use and maintenance. The product information sheet, all technical schemes and assembly diagrams are included together with the product in the package. 7. PAYMENT Conditions and procedures for payment of individual supplies shall be formally agreed from time to time when the order proposal is made and simultaneously accepted by the Supplier. Payments shall not be recognized if made to persons other than those authorized to collect payment and the customer must request written confirmation of such authorization. Even in cases of dispute, payments may not be suspended and the delay of any payments including even one single installment shall authorize the Supplier to request total payment and to debit the customer for overdue interest to the extent established by law. The goods remain the property of the Supplier until full payment by the buyer has been made. 8. MINIMUN ORDER The minimun cumulative order for showroom sampling among the various items is € 1.500,00 net. 9. PLACE OF JURISDICTION For any dispute caused by the supply relationship governed by these general conditions or, in any case, relating to these orders, the judicial authorities of Forlì (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction with explicit agreed exclusion of any other concurrent or alternative jurisdiction.
