THE OPPORTUNITY Male grooming has never been more popular. As the influence of hipster culture on mainstream fashion increases, more and more young men are

taking pride in their appearance. We feel that there is a very big gap within the Gentlemen’s Grooming industry for a good gents salon that is stylish, offers superb service, but is also an affordable luxury.

Too often Gentlemen’s salons lack good customer service and are either unsettlingly cheap or far too overpriced. We believe that we can attract

new customers previously put off by bad salon experiences by offering them an upmarket alternative that combines excellent service, stylish surroundings and value for money.

SEVEN GARÇONS

THE SOLUTION We would solve the problem by creating a welcoming atmosphere in a

beautiful salon. Our friendly, talented and knowledgeable staff would all be well presented and know their roles within the salon. The aim is to keep it

simple by trying not to overcomplicate everything and maintaining a high level of customer service.

By offering a premium service at competitive prices, we believe we would

stand an excellent chance at growing our customer base fairly quickly. In what is a polarised market. Loyalty cards, engaging marketing and enticing prices would be combined to make sure our clients are able to keep coming back.

THE COMPETITION Although our competitors do have the advantage of high end salons, during our research we found a level of complacency about how they conduct their

business. They have been established to long and have stopped trying to win new business. This is true for salons at both ends of the business spectrum.

By being a classy but affordable alternative who would appeal to the majority of the market.

THE STRATEGY We would create a stylish mobile optimised website that would capture

bookings and help us to build an email list. We also look to use customer

testimonials, online reviews and build a social following through video tutorials

and profiles of the business and our staff. Engaging marketing strategies would also be used to keep our customer base growing.

Once the business grows we would look to create our own range of products.
