THE MINTON RESIDENCE

Being a plant aficionado, the design intent for Ng’s 2-bedroom apartment revolves around nature, with a touch of brass and bronze to accentuate the living and dining areas.

To optimize budget, wood-like vinyl flooring is used to overlay the existing homogenous tiles, which in turn perfectly complements the hunter green feature fluted wall sourced by Ng himself.

While hacking part of the enclosed kitchen walls offers more room to the dining area, the coffeetinted full height mirror wall visually further enhances the spaciousness and continuity between the dining and living areas.

The difference between ceiling heights is skillfully mediated by curved plasterboards, providing a natural transitition from the entrance foyer to the living spaces.

Continuing the earthly tones in the master bedroom is a serene combination of marine blue feature wall, wood-like fluted headboard and hunter green bedsheet set.

The abode is a perfect embodiment of interior meets nature.
