Mission Statement and Vision

The mission of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Lincoln University of Missouri is consistent with the core mission of Lincoln University: To provide excellent educational opportunities to a diverse student population within a maturing, student-centered environment.

Lincoln University of Missouri provides NCAA Division II programs for men and women that stresses academic and athletic achievement, ethics, non-discrimination and diversity as well as community involvement.

The vision of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Lincoln University is to educate student-athletes and compete in the MIAA and nationally at the Division II level.

We value diversity; athletes reaching their full potential academically, socially and athletically; as well as making a positive contribution to society. We will provide studentathletes with the necessary tools in order to accomplish the mission of the University and Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
