This marks the submarket’s 4th quarter in the past 5 with positive absorption, making Northeast Atlanta the topperforming suburban Atlanta submarket during this timeframe. The positive Q2 absorption was driven by several large move-ins, including Trenton Systems occupying 50,000 square feet at 3100 Breckinridge Blvd – Bldg 1200. • There is currently over 360,000 square feet available for sublease in Northeast Atlanta, which accounts for 1.9% of the submarket’s inventory. While this is a historically high figure for the submarket, it is much lower than other suburban submarkets such as North Fulton (5.3%) and Central Perimeter (5.2%).
