Team Bios Michael Howell

Senior Vice President

Michael Howell has nearly twenty years of commercial real estate experience in the Atlanta market. After starting his career on the Tenant representation side, Michael joined Resource Real Estate Partners where he worked for over seven years focusing on Landlord representation for the leasing of low-rise and high-rise office buildings as well as campus style office parks. In 2011 Michael joined Lincoln Property Company (“LPC”). As Senior Vice President and co-head of LPC’s office leasing team. Michael is responsible for the oversight and leasing of nearly 9 million square foot office portfolio throughout Metro Atlanta. While at LPC, Michael has played a key role in the sourcing and strategic execution of new 3rd party assignments relating to leasing, management, receivership and dispositions. Throughout his career Michael has completed more than 500 transactions valued at over $1 billion. Michael is a native of Atlanta and attended Marist High School before receiving a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. In 2014 Michael was appointed by the Georgia Speaker of the House as a Citizen Member to the Governing Board of the State Properties Commission of Georgia (SPC) and the Georgia Building Authority (GBA) both of which he still serves on to date. Michael is a licensed Qualifying Broker in the State of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). Philanthropically, Michael serves on the Executive Committee for the Georgia Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Marist School Alumni Board. Michael and his family are also actively involved with the non-profit Lighthouse Family Retreat (LFR). Michael received his BBA in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi.

Hunter Henritze

Hunter Henritze has worked with Lincoln Property Company since 2006. Most recently, Hunter is co-head of Lincoln’s Atlanta office leasing team consisting of seven agents and nearly 5 million square feet of office product in every major submarket of Metro Atlanta. In this role, Hunter has helped lead the strategic execution of new 3rd party leasing assignments resulting in hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $500 million. Throughout his career, Hunter has represented some of the most respected institutional and private owners in the industry including, The Blackstone Group, Equity Office, The Brookdale Group, Terra Cap Management, Met Life, AEW, Glenfield Capital, Highbrook Investment Partners and Colony Realty Partners. Prior to his current role, Hunter was charged with sourcing potential Acquisitions which included the valuation and negotiation of office and industrial assets within Georgia and Florida. Hunter is a native Atlantan having attended Marist High School and the University of Georgia. He is a licensed sales person in the State of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Young Council of Realtors (YCR).

In this role, she works closely with Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze, co-heads of LPC’s office leasing platform, in the sourcing and strategic execution of 3rd party office leasing assignments. LPC’s office portfolio currently consists of approximately 9 million square feet throughout every major submarket of Metro Atlanta.

Robert is a native of Atlanta, where he attended The Westminster Schools before receiving a B.A in Media and Journalism with focus in Marketing/Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While at UNC-Chapel Hill was actively involved in the Kenan Flagler Real Estate Club, learning valuable industry insight and building on his passion for brokerage. Robert began his real estate career as a student intern at Loudermilk Companies LLC in Atlanta, before interning the following year at Lincoln Property Company. Following graduation, Robert joined Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group. Over the past few months, Robert has added value to office properties throughout Atlanta for Institutional and Private Owners.

Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Caroline worked in the Institutional Equity Sales group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey for 6 years. Primarily based in New York City, Caroline was responsible for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Corporate Access, focusing specifically on the New York, West Coast, Mid-Atlantic, and Canadian markets. Caroline received her BBA in Finance from Auburn University. She is originally from Carrollton, Georgia.

Jessica Dove is the Marketing Director at the Atlanta, Georgia office of Lincoln Property Company. She is responsible for the marketing efforts of over 70 properties statewide, including producing marketing materials for leasing of 9+ million square feet of office and industrial spaces, and materials for the property management of 15+ million square feet. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Jessica was the Marketing Manager at Avison Young for 6 years. She was responsible for driving all marketing efforts out of the Atlanta office, preparing cutting edge marketing materials and developing successful marketing strategies. Jessica has over 10 years experience tied directly to the commercial real estate industry with previous marketing positions at Transwestern and EDENS in Washington, DC. Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing and Management from The Illinois Institute of Art.

Spencer Papciak

Research Manager

Spencer Papciak is the Research Manager at Lincoln Property Company. He joins the team with 3 years of commercial real estate research experience. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Spencer was the Senior Research Associate at Colliers International – Atlanta. He was responsible for leading the Colliers business development initiative, creating market reports, and maintaining research databases. Prior to Colliers, Spencer attended Davidson College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Communication Studies. At Davidson, Spencer lettered all four years on Davidson’s Men’s Golf Team, captaining the squad for two years. Spencer also co-founded a nonprofit that raises money for drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs via burrito eating competitions.
