One feature of a vehicle of this size is you need to be careful where choosing where to park, it is wide, its long and you may end up necessitating the use of 2 parking bays or leaving an overhang and in some carparks you may be penalised for not parking in the bay, you need to be very cautious of this feature.
Entertainment in the d-Max I can only describe as being adequate, there is a 9” multifunctional touchscreen device which I didn’t find particularly user friendly, sadly there was no navigational system built in, but Apple Car Play and Android are features, so there is not an issue to be able to connect your mobile phone for satellite navigation.

One feature that is a distant memory is a Cd player, but one was secreted in the glove box, what a hidden surprise that turned out to be in this day and age where even a USB to connect your mobile phone is sometimes a luxury.
Without doubt the d-Max 4 x 4 V-Cross is a particular statement vehicle, but if you are in an occupation that you could utilise it then you can have the best of both worlds, a quite substantial carrying capacity and with the addition a fibre glass or an aluminium structure that fits over the rear pay load and then you have a huge estate car that really would be one of the most versatile vehicles you could wish to buy.
due to the sheer size of the vehicle the very nice people at Isuzu equipped the vehicle with a reversing camera and also radar at the front so that when you are manoeuvring in to that tight awkward spot you are not in danger of damaging either the vehicle or a fellow car.
The price is £33,299 on the road, for the automatic version V-Cross top specification model.
This is no utilitarian vehicle, it has been highly specified with an interior of leather upholstery, wonderful carpets and leather steering wheel all manner of extras which you would not associate with a commercial vehicle, its worth a look.
