Count on them to keep your expeditionary spirit well fed, so to speak, and for daily diversity and flavors from varying regions. Our pioneering culinary program is rooted in sustainability. We obtain fresh vegetables from a local grower in the Falklands, and fresh lamb from an island rancher. Our goal is for our guests to experience the geography through the food served wherever possible. Dining is part of the expedition experience and no assigned seating makes for easy mingling with congenial fellow guests and expedition staffers.
