Yearbook Proofing
Follow these steps to run a PDF proof of your yearbook pages.
1. From the menu, hover over Book Builder and select Ladder Diagram.
2. Select Thumbnail View
3. Click Select all Pages or select the pages needed by checking the boxes on the pages.
4. Click PDF Proof
5. Choose PDF Proof type:
a. Standard PDF Proof - fastest option, PDF will auto-generate
b. High-Resolution Proof - will take longer; however, it will be the most accurate representation of how the book will print. To retrieve the High-Resolution Download, go to “Resources & Tools” , “My Downloads” You can continue working while your proof is being created.
6. Click Submit.
