01 ABOUT US Lines & Visions is an international architecture and engineering practice with a reputation for challenging convention and pursuing design excellence.

Lines & Visions is a quality-driven international Architectural & Engineering firm founded in Beirut in 2003 with offices in Dubai, Muscat and the Ivory Coast. Since we opened our doors in 2003, we’ve worked on projects covering a wide range of sectors across multiple countries. As a Client-intimate consulting firm, we go beyond traditional design. With deep knowledge of our Client’s business, we offer tailor-made solutions for each project. We do not pursue one-time transactions; we cultivate relationships. Our work ranges in typology, from residential to hospitality projects, and from large-scale developments to single-family homes. Our global team includes architects, structural, mechanical, electrical engineers and interior designers who work together to deliver exceptional value to our clients. We believe that the value of talent, experience and knowledge from across the globe is multiplied when shared. Our aim isn’t limited to keeping up with the changing trends in the industry, but we also to aspire to influence them and contribute to the advancement of architecture.

02 MANAGEMENT’s MESSAGE In the early 2000’s, we began to draft the first design proposals and working drawings. That was when, the never ending battle to maintain an exemplary standard of work was initiated. We had the courage for this but the future perspectives were not looking promising. But as the years passed by and the economy grew, few visionary leaders took over and development boomed through the GCC & Africa regions. New opportunities for growth and advancement presented themselves, changing the perspective of things.
