The Records
Linfield opened the season with a 0-5 overall record and a 0-4 Northwest Conference mark. The Wildcats played Pacific and Puget Sound in another week of NWC action before hosting Carroll University (Wis.) in a non-conference bout. This will be the firstever meeting between the two programs.

Linfield At A Glance
The Wildcats are averaging 8.4 goals and 16.6 shots per game. They scored 29 of their 42 goals unassisted. Freshman Gabby Crist leads the team with 18 goals on 29 shots, 26 on goal. Her season high came in a seven-goal performance against Alma on Feb. 28. Erynn McCurdy and Leah Stednick are second to Crist with six goals apiece. Grayce Miller has 20 ground balls and 16 caused turnovers to her name on the young season. Caity Babcock has made 30 saves in five appearances and two starts.
Carroll At A Glance

Carroll competes in the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin. The Pioneers are in the middle of the pack in the CCIW in goals per game while also ranking in the conference’s top three in assists per game and goals against average. They finished third in 2022 with a 9-7 overall record and a 4-2 record in CCIW play. The Pios returned all three of their All-CCIW players from last season, including two First Team selections in senior attacker Katrina Hardin and graduate student midfielder Clara Jelacic. Jelacic was named the 2022 CCIW Defensive Student-Athlete of the Year.
