BACKGROUND Daniel studied with RMIT in Construction & Design before moving onto working in mid-sized development company with a hands on approach working in all areas of the development process, from concept design, documentation, onsite construction and project management through to international sales. From this broad role Daniel moved into specializing in design before becoming a key player within an international architectural firm, which lead to management roles in large scale commercial projects around the world, including development of residential and commercial towers, shopping complexes, casino & hotels and city planning of proposed new cities under development around the globe. This experience of development styles & uses and international development experience allows a broad vision of how projects can be developed or altered for an outside of the box solution resulting in new potential for profit returns.

BACKGROUND Gerard has undertaken many years of trading property assets, pursuing value add opportunities and developing medium density residential projects privately. Having worked in management roles within architectural, planning and construction companies, Gerard has extensive relationships throughout the industry with a focus on acquisitions based around win/win scenario’s for vendors and buyers to ensure substantially successful outcomes. Gerard has facilitated projects with values in excess of $100m and uses his detailed understanding of development, finance and negotiation to deliver results where others are unable to achieve success.

BACKGROUND During a career spanning over a quarter of a century in the property, engineering and construction industries, Anje has delivered several high profile property developments in Victoria. Anje has acquired extensive experience working on projects ranging from boutique to large residential developments including Manor Lakes master planned community and ARK residential apartment development. Anje has previously worked with prominent developers including Dennis Family Corporation, Metricon and Hickory Group, providing him with end-to-end experience spanning all stages ofdevelopment including planning, design, feasibility and construction. Anje’s vast knowledge of the local market, which encompasses more than just the residential sector, has provided him with the ability to assist projects exceed budgetary targets.
