VISIONARY CITY The building was designed following the encouragement of a visionary approach to the current highrise housing stock within the Centre Business District of Melbourne. The purpose is to maintainand sustain the title of Melbourne as the second most livable city in the world. The tower is highly innovative concept taking the most advantages of the famous Flagstaff Garden in the front as well as providing good affection for the neighbors. The form of the whole building was developed as layers with gaps between every two floors, which captures great amount of sunlight. Moreover, every apartment is located unevenly and spreaded out leading fresh air being drawn in every single apartment. The whole building is lifted up to avoid pollution from the road and at the same time create a public space underneath that provides shade shelter.

The project incoroporite the use of python scripting to create an architecture building that we name it Labradorite. Labradorite is created by the inspiration of jewelry club. Many wealthy people around the country who enjoy the accessories of shinny diamond, ruby and many more to come and enjoy their hobby. This is a private building, however, it is open to public via the linking path between Little collin st. and Myer Pl, and the cafe lounge. This building is designed according to the concept of the club where the exterior is created gemstone-like and the path represent the place where diamond, gold or many jewelries exsisted over a period of rainfall where will be the welcoming entrance for the club members.
