They were also delighted to receive the ‘Highly Commended’ trophy for the “Marketing Team of the Year” category. The categories the A. Proctor Group were shortlisted in recognised their bold response to the pandemic. With face-to-face client-support channels eliminated overnight by the Covid-19 lockdown in early Spring, the A. Proctor Group quickly turned to digital to maintain the high level of customer service they are well known for.
