Middleton Arena has facilities available for a wide range of indoor sports. These include badminton, bowls, cricket, tennis, football, basketball, netball, table tennis and squash. Facilities available for daytime, evening and weekend use for casual, group and school bookings. Ten week block bookings are available on request with full payment at time of booking. Booking essential – see How to Book.
How to Book Book and pay online 24 hours a day at www.link4lifeolb.org for sports hall and squash court bookings - not available currently for junior bookings. When booking in person or by phone, payment must be made at the same time to secure the booking. Bookings can be made up to 8 days in advance. Where closing times are given this indicates the end of the final session of the day.
Equipment Hire Badminton and squash racquets, table tennis bats and balls are available for hire. Shuttlecocks are available to buy. Ask for details of equipment available on sale.

Middleton Arena has a large fitness suite that includes cardio and resistance equipment, free weights, vibration training and stretch areas. An additional fitness area is available for programmed sessions.
Fitness Classes There is an extensive range of cardio, conditioning, holistic and dance classes, including pool sessions, with something for all abilities. Pick up a copy of our latest Fitness Class Timetable or visit our website for full details. There is on-site parking for 90 cars to the rear of the Arena, accessed via LCpl Joel Halliwell VC Way. Additional disabled and family parking bays are located to the front of the Arena. All parking is free for Arena customers with a maximum stay of 3 hours. An additional Pay & Display car park is located nearby off Old Hall Street.
