University & College Membership LEAF has been leading the development and promotion of more sustainable farming, delivered through Integrated Farm Management (IFM), for the past 30 years. Farming faces a new era with the effects of Brexit and new trade deals, changes to support payments coupled with the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and the ongoing effects of the climate crisis. The farmers, managers, scientists, engineers, technologists and consultants of the future will need to be equipped with the skills and know-how to thrive in an increasingly fast-paced, global and diverse agricultural sector. LEAF College and University membership gives you access to a wealth of up-to-the minute resources, technical support, on-campus presentations from LEAF staff as well as opportunities to visit LEAF Demonstration Farms and Innovation Centres – all focused on teaching, training and inspiring the next generation of food and farming professionals.
