WORK EXPERIENCE
I will be entering my third year of studies of the Graphic Communication program at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). There as a student, I have gained valuable skills and knowledge designing logos, posters, product packaging and branding. I am proficient with industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Dreamweaver.

PACKAGING DESIGN
INNISFREE TRAVEL PACK This is a packaging design for Innisfree Green Tea Shampoo & Green Tea Body Wash Travel Pack. My target audiences are adults above 25 years old. My art direction is inspired by the green tea leaves to create the packaging of the box. Thus for the sample pack, I made them into a elongated hexagon shape with a leaf texture graphic on it. And for the box, I also made use of the hexagon shape and added transparency to the top and bottom to make it more interesting so that people can see what the individual sample packs look like. And the outter box travel pack combines the two box packaging into a box with leaf pattern on it. I want the consumer to feel that the products contain natural ingrendients, and the packaging is made of eco-friendly recyclable paper.

PHOTOGRAPHY SHEDDING LIGHT ON ISTANA WOODNEUK Istana Woodneuk is an abandoned mansion located on a small hill near Holland Road and Tyresell Road. I chose this location because I wanted to try to reclaim the beauty of this forgotten place. I wanted to capture natural light that shines into the derelict old mansion through the windows and doors which helps to bring out the stunning interior. The place was ravaged by time and debris-strew rooms. The moss and the decay that ďŹ lls the walls in the mansion changes over time because the sunlight helps it to grow. Thus the place is ever changing and the photograph captured of the same place might change over the year. I am trying to portray a lonely and forgotten feel through my photographs. Thus the photographs are more darker with blacker shadows to bring out the sense of loneliness.
