INTRODUCTION: In summer 2021 The British & Irish Lions will travel to South Africa to take on the host nation, and reigning World Champions, over a series of three Tests. We are pleased to offer two tours to explore the best that this region of the world has to offer, with Cat A tickets for each game so you will not miss a moment of the action.

KAPAMA SOUTHERN CAMP KRUGER NATIONAL PARK, SA Kapama Southern Camp is set within the Kapama Private Game Reserve and surrounded by the vast expanses of South Africa’s Kruger National Park. This nature reserve is teeming with wildlife, including the ‘big 5’ game species: lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffalos. You’ll have the chance to view these creatures on twice-daily game drives and bush walks. In the heat of the day, a central lounge, swimming pool and dining area provide the perfect place to stretch out between wildlife experiences. Come evening time, you can dine under the dazzling stars in the outdoor boma, whilst enjoying first-rate cuisine prepared by the resort’s chefs.
CAMP HWANGE NATIONAL PARK, ZIMBABWE Camp Hwange is the perfect setting to enjoy a quintessential Southern Africa safari experience. An enclave of luxury living situated at the heart of a private concession of the Hwange National Park, you’ll find iconic wildlife experiences quite literally on your doorstep. The camp’s main lounge overlooks a busy watering hole, often frequented by large herds of big game including elephants, buffalo, zebra and giraffe. This is the perfect spot to relax with a drink while watching the wildlife meander past. Of course, experienced staff are on hand to take you out to explore more of the park on expertled game drives and safari walks. And at the end of an adventurous day, you can retire to the comforts of your spacious thatched chalet.
TOUR 1) 5* PACKAGE - HOSTED BY A FORMER LIONS PLAYER Hosted by a former member of the Lions squad, this tour offers the discerning traveller every luxury they could want, and a few more they hadn’t even thought of. We’ve hand-selected the accommodation and breakout excursions to reflect the levels of exclusivity you’d expect from an exclusive five-star travel experience. What’s Included: A Sundowner Cruise on the Zambezi, guided visit to Victoria Falls and some indulgent downtime on Mauritius are just a few experiences we’ve curated for this tour, taking in the very best of Southern Africa. Along the way, you’ll enjoy a very special set of hosted functions to complement the sporting action. An invite to a Drinks Reception will welcome you to each city. These evenings will be a chance to meet your hosts and get to know fellow travellers over a glass of bubbly or two. Then, on the eve of each Test, you’ll be treated to a Pre-match Dinner. Premium accommodation and exhilarating breakout excursions feature, as does plenty of time for drinks and sporting debate along the way, to make for an unforgettable Rugby holiday experience.
