Campus architecture includes 30 beautiful collegiate Gothic and Victorian red brick-and-stone buildings. Among these are our award-winning observatory, traditional and contemporary lecture halls and auditoriums, library, dining hall, John Portmandesigned art gallery, bell tower, chapel and athletic facilities. The college also owns several residential homes adjacent to the campus that can be used as locations or as production ofces.

Agnes Scott College has been the location for more than 20 feature flms including “Scream 2,” “Fried Green Tomatoes,” “The Blind Side,” “Confrmation,” “Life of the Party,” a college comedy featuring Melissa McCarthy; and “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks,” starring Oprah Winfrey.

Filming On Campus

Located in Atlanta, Agnes Scott College sits on 100 acres of classically beautiful historic buildings, quadrangles and academic spaces. The college’s exceptional architecture, traditional as well as modern interiors and beautifully landscaped green spaces make it an ideal location for feature productions, television shows, commercials and still photography.

We’re an experienced production location. Our flmfriendly campus is centrally located, compact and logistically accessible. The campus has ample parking space for production crews and actors.
