HAZWOPER Contaminated Site Cleanup

Site workers at “uncontrolled hazardous waste sites” (i.e., Superfund sites and other cleanup sites) must be trained before participating in or supervising field activities. These courses provide training required for site workers and supervisors under paragraph (e) of the HAZWOPER Standard. Refresher training is required annually [29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8)].

8 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Refresher –Contaminated Site Cleanup

Provides annual HAZWOPER refresher training required for general site workers and supervisors who perform waste removal or other hazardous substance cleanup activities.

16 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Upgrade –Contaminated Site Cleanup

Upgrades the 24-hour training for occasional site workers to full 40 hour training required for regular site workers and supervisors.

8 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Supervisor –Contaminated Site Cleanup

Covers additional topics for supervisors to supplement initial 40 hour training.

HAZWOPER Emergency Response

Workers who respond to or may encounter an emergency hazardous substance release must be trained to identify and perform their responsibilities during the release. These courses provide HAZWOPER training required by OSHA at 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6). Refresher training is required annually.

Hazardous Material Technician Level

24 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER Initial –Emergency Response Technician (Level III)
