wenty-four years ago, Karen Rochelle moved to Tennessee from coastal North Carolina and fell in love with the soul of the state. Now, Karen is proud to call Nashville her home, excited by the growth of the big city with small-town charm. Karen jokes that she “accidentally fell into real estate.” For many years, Karen solely dedicated her time to her passion for songwriting for the Nashville music industry. However, her enthusiasm for helping her friends find their dream homes was something she could not ignore. Karen explains uncovering her appetite for real estate saying, “I was either finding those ‘diamonds in the rough’ homes for them or helping them to visualize the potential of making their own homes more marketable for resale.” She found that helping others with their real estate dreams brought her too much joy to overlook any longer; therefore, Karen decided that alongside being a songwriter, she also wanted to serve as a real estate professional. To Karen, a home purchase is not only a financial decision but a very personal one as well. It is the relationship-building aspect of real estate that she finds most important. Karen is consistently dedicating herself to truly understanding the needs and vision of her clients so that she can be the most effective for them throughout the process, beginning to end.
