Maria got into the business 18+ years ago flipping homes before flipping was popular She and her husband engaged in that practice on a small scale. They had gotten into some very small development projects and thought it would be a good idea if Maria represented the company. She was a marketing major and had been in sales and design prior to this endeavor. Maria thought she was going to go into it on a part time basis, but it "bit her " She fell in love with her job and the idea of running her own business

Immediately, Maria set out to market herself with all the new technological advances coming on the scene at that time Today, in addition to technology, she employs numerous resources and marketing strategies to sell a home or help buyers find the home of their dreams In school, Maria felt drawn to Business Law, so contract negotiations not only come easy to her in

today's world of real estate but also work her brain in a way that energizes and excites her The cherry on top, for Maria, is the design aspect. She treasures helping others live the life they envision in a home that supports their goals and aspirations. Maria also loves preparing a home for the market. It is just "fun."

Maria's greatest pleasure is working with her clients. They inspire her, having met and made many friends through her business. They bring her joy and fulfillment, allowing Maria to confidently say, "I love what I do."

Currently affiliated with RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group, Maria works in all areas of Williamson County and Davidson County, and the surrounding communities. However, Williamson County and southern and western Davidson County are where her time is most heavily spent
