The Promotion commences at 9am on Monday 25 February 2013 and concludes at 10pm on Sunday 7 April 2013. To be eligible to enter the competition, customers must be a Barons Advantage Club member. Every time a member purchases any carton of Peroni Nastro or Peroni Azzura from any Liquor Barons store during the promotion period, they automatically receive one entry to go into the draw for a chance to win the prize. The Prize is a Vespa LX50 Scooter valued at $4890. The prize also includes stamp duty and 6 months registration in WA. th The draw will be conducted at 11am on Tuesday 9 April 2013 at the Liquor Barons Administration office; 16/350 Cambridge St Wembley WA. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner will be notified according to the contact details they have registered on their Barons Advantage Club membership within 14 days of the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner. All participants must be 18 years of age and over. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Guidelines to Reduce Health Risks from Drinking Alcohol. Entry and continued participation in this competition is subject to the Outlet’s liquor serving policy. Entrants acknowledge that there are inherent risks in some aspects of the Prize and that by entering this competition and accepting the prize, entrants accept that risk. It is the prize winners responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate drivers licence before using the prize. Licencing requirements can be checked on the Department of Transport website at www.dpi.wa.gov.au . Prize winner shall agree to participate in reasonable publicity and/or advertising as requested by the Promoter. Employees and immediate* families of Liquor Barons and associated agencies are not eligible to enter or win any prize offered in the promotion. Liquor Barons shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct and consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of using any of the prizes. Liquor Barons reserves the right to alter the conditions of entry without notice. Entry into the competition shall be deemed acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
