The five categories of generations represent workers will different ideologies and approaches to matters relating to the workplace. Businesses which endeavor to hire from each of the five generations stand to benefit much as compared to those which focus on a single generation or avoid hiring from others. Balance of talent and experience For any business to achieve long-term sustainable growth and development in the market, it needs to have a perfect balance between innovation, talent, and experience. This benefit is precisely what the business gets by hiring a multi-generational workforce.
