Ian Hatton is a respected authority on conscious leadership, an international keynote speaker, and the author of ‘Lead Like Morpheus: The Genius of Conscious Leadership’. However, it is Ian’s own inner journey that has forged a potent message for leaders. 2011, a triple crisis interrupted Ian’s pioneering IT and leadership development career. Within three months, he lost his first business, his second marriage and his spiritual community. What followed was a long night of the soul that left him numb. As he recovered, a painful struggle with obesity came to a head. Gruelling as it was, the process sparked Ian’s vision of conscious leadership.
On this tireless quest, Ian met Mike Handcock and Landi Jac. He discovered entrepreneurial confidence and a newfound commitment to professional speaking in their Circle of Excellence community. Mike and Landi’s belief in Ian empowered him “to build something from my essence that was truly me,” he has said. Over the past years, Ian’s inner journey has yielded tangible fruits. In 2022, the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa (PSASA) inducted him into its Educators Hall of Fame for his conscious leadership work.
