Dear potential home buyer: Thank you for taking time to visit our home. This has been a special house to our family for many reasons, and we are very proud of all the improvements we’ve made over the years. We built the house in 2006 and started the home improvement process shortly thereafter—adding things like professional landscape in the backyard, full irrigation system, a bar and built-ins in the bonus room, upgrading the closet and custom built-ins in the master bedroom. Our family has also greatly enjoyed the room we finished over the garage. We call it our ‘wrap room.’ Having space for arts and crafts as well as an extra closet is super convenient….especially around the holidays and special occasions. The house itself is great, and the neighborhood and neighbors are great, too. We’ve made life-long friends here. The street is very quiet; not much traffic at all. Our family loves going on walks and sitting on the back deck in the spring, summer and fall—just enjoying the great outdoors and the smell of fresh air. You can’t beat the location of this neighborhood either; Christiansted Valley is very centrally located. The heart of Brentwood is just minutes away, and you can be in the Franklin/Cool Springs area in 10 minutes. There is an awesome new commercial development nearby—complete with restaurants, salon, dry cleaners, coffee house and athletic facility. Two YMCAs are within 10 minutes, too (Concord YMCA and Maryland Farms YMCA). Downtown Nashville and the airport are no more 20 minutes from the front door. Our family is growing and we now need another bedroom. We will truly miss this house and all that comes with it; we’ve created wonderful memories here. We hope that the next family who lives here loves this house as much as we have!
