It’s The New Thing

Comprises a series of sculptures that incorporate painting, fly tipped furniture and recycled upholstery materials. The work explores expanded painting as a means to engage with notions of production and consumption. By altering the material and working with it, what is left is an expression of the moment, a new thing.
