S/S 2019 CATALOGUE
A collection of original art for outdoors, made from premium quality NewZealand steel. Lisa's art started purely by chance. After an extensive search for something to spice up her newly landscaped garden, the designer was disappointed with what was available in the market. With a desire to create, a growing passion for steel, together with interior design training; Lisa launched her own brand "LisaSarah" in 2007. She hasn't looked back since. Mid 2018, wanting to add texture to her collection of steel works, Lisa set about the search for the most eco-friendly, functional and best looking rope she could ďŹ nd. With her primary medium (steel) acknowledged as the world's most recycled material it is, in fact 100% recyclable over and over again with little degradation - it was important to Lisa that her chosen twine measure up. Earthy and beautiful, Lisa quickly decided on hemp rope. Hemp is strong, compostable, sustainably produced, and a renewable resource. It embodies Lisa's ecofriendly ethos and compliments the steel perfectly. All of Lisa’s work is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Corten Corten is a corrosion resistant steel that, left uncoated, develops an outer layer patina. This patina protects the steel from additional corrosion and continues to look more rustic as it ages.

TURNAROUND TIME

Typical turnaround time for orders is 2-5 days however Lisa will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock at the time of order, Lisa will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. This could be up to 20 working days during busy periods.
ABOUT LISA’S WORK All artwork is designed and made in New Zealand, by Lisa, and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. All artwork is finished by hand, therefore some variation between the same product can occur. This is not considered a fault. HANGING Lisa’s work comes ready to hang using 12mm deep hanging blocks that are attached to the back of each work. These make the artwork “pop” out from the wall for added impact. Art can be hung using nails, hooks or screws (not included) or using 3M Picture Hanging strips (indoor use only) or external foam tape. Please ensure artwork is hung on the longest hanging block as this is the load bearing block. Rope artwork is designed to be hung on a hook or wall dot - using the rope. The blocks on the back are not loading bearing. They are to ensure the art lies evenly against the wall. They can be secured with blu tack or hanging strips if required. There are so many fabulous ways to tie the rope so have fun experimenting!
PAYMENT TERMS All first orders are proforma and will be dispatched once payment is received. Subsequent orders, once an account has been opened, payment is due by the 20th of the following month. All international orders are proforma. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES Incorrectly shipped or damaged artwork must be reported to Lisa via email to lisa@lisasarah.com within 5 days of receipt. Lisa does not accept changes of mind or return of unsold goods. EXCLUSIVITY Lisa is open to discussion about exclusivity requests however minimum orders may apply. Given the width of Lisa’s range, to be granted brand exclusivity, you will need to order across the range. Lisa is happy to work with exclusivity on specific products or ranges.
POWDERCOATED STEEL Lisa uses high grade 304 quality stainless steel for her matt black and white ranges. Artwork is powdercoated using Dulux “Electro” - a UV resistant durable product designed for architectural use. Artwork can be wiped clean, as required, with a clean damp cloth.
