60km Explore the rainforest and see why Dunoon is known as the macadamia capital of Australia. Rocky Creek Dam stores the water for the region and has beautiful bushwalks around the dam and rainforest. The Channon is known for it’s market on the second Sunday of every month and has a great Tavern for lunch.

The Channon is known for it’s market on the second Sunday of every month and has a great Tavern and General Store. The Koonorigan Range has breathtaking views over the ranges and valleys. Ride past the Nimbin rocks and into Nimbin. Nimbin is known for it’s alternative culture. Explore the streets filled with cafes galleries and unique shops.
From the plateau to the coast this ride has it all. Start off with a ride through the historic town of Alstonville. Take a scenic windy ride down from the plateau to river town of Wardell. Follow the highway to Broadwater home of the Broadwater Sugar Mill and then on to Evans Head. Return via Woodburn, Coraki and Wyrallah which are all important river ports from the days of river transport.

The ride from Lismore to Bangalow is a scenic winding road through lush green hills. Bangalow’s main street has an array of boutique stores and cafes. Newrybar is a historic town now home to antique stores, retro stores and a beautiful café, bakery and deli. The Old Pacific Highway now the Hinterland Way is a quite stretch of road with views over the coastline.

This is one of the best rides in the region! The road will take riders through Bangalow/Byron Bay, Mooball, Murwillumbah, and Chillingham to the picturesque township of Canungra. From here the road leads back to Nerang where the ride will continue down the Pacific Highway to Bangalow and back to Lismore. Alternatively, return to Lismore via Uki and Nimbin
