Audio-Visual Switching Contemporary classrooms or conference rooms often have whiteboards, smart boards, computers, and LCD projectors. Lighting systems for these spaces must provide the flexibility and control to enable this sort of multi-modal presentation and participation, while also helping the design team to satisfy energy codes and the requirements of LEED and CHPS ratings. CS/av provides a convenient means for switching from general room lighting to AV presentation mode, with pre-wired luminaires and control components for ease of installation. And, all CS/av systems include dual technology occupancy sensors to check for motion and turn the lighting off when the room is vacant.

Daylight Harvesting An important part of sustainable design today is the effective use of daylighting. Many architectural approaches and new technologies focus on incorporating daylight into building design. But daylighting in and of itself does not save energy â&#x20AC;&#x201C; only the appropriate control of the electric lighting system enables energy savings. Litecontrolâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s daylight harvesting controls solution makes sure that the electric lighting uses only the energy needed, by automatically dimming in response to daylight. With a daylight sensor and control wiring integrated in the fixture, and with a wireless remote for commissioning and adjustment, the CS/dlh system provides the easiest-to-implement daylight harvesting solution available.

Pendant Ultrasonic Occupancy Sensing for Offices

For small office or conference room applications, the Arcos CS/us provides assurance that the fixture will be switched off when the room is vacant. A fixtureintegrated ultrasonic occupancy sensor checks for motion in the room and turns the fixture off when no motion is detected over a certain time period.

Wall Occupancy Sensing for Stairways and Corridors

Energy concerns dictate that wall-mounted fixtures in stairways and corridors operate at reduced power when the space is vacant. Our CS/us solution in the V3 and Wall Mod fixtures meets this need. The fixture-integrated ultrasonic occupancy sensor checks for motion and reduces the power to the fixture (or turns it off completely) when the space is vacant. Operation at full light output is restored as soon as motion is detected.

Infrared Occupancy Sensor for Library Stacks

Book stacks require lighting fixtures that can deliver light to the vertical planes on either side of the aisle â&#x20AC;&#x201C; and the Litecontrol Staklite was designed for that specific purpose. The Staklite CS/ir has an integrated infrared occupancy sensor to only provide light when a row is occupied and turns the fixtures to low power or completely off whenever the aisle is vacant. The sensor and all the affiliated wiring are right in the fixture, making it easy to specify and install.

Product Finishes Litecontrol offers both standard and custom paint finishes for our luminaires. Choose from our six standard paint options or send us a color swatch to complement the textures and colors in your environment, and we’ll match it.

Matte White (CWM), Textured Camera Black (TCBC), Light Silver (CSL), Machined Aluminum (CMA), Medium Silver (CSM), Cool Graphite (CGC)

Litecontrol will work with our paint supplier to custom match your desired color. To specify a custom color to meet your needs, add the code CXY to the order and furnish a one square inch color swatch. If you have an RAL number, please submit it with your order.

Samples of these finishes are available on metal. You can request samples at litecontrol.com/finishes. To specify, add the finishes’ letter code to the order number. If no finish is specified, the standard Matte White finish will be ordered. Matte White, Textured Camera Black and Light Silver are available at no extra charge.
