By the end of the module, you will be able to Install & Configure Windows 8.1 Operating System. Module 3 - Support and Maintain IT Infrastructure Learn skills to support Windows 8.1 Operating System and troubleshoot technical problems in a Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 networking environment. By the end of the module, you will be able to Support & Maintain Windows 8.1 Operating System. Module 4 - Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills for IT Helpdesk Learn best practices and skills to provide IT support to end-users. By the end of the module, you will acquire effective interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills to provide professional helpdesk support. Module 5 - Capstone Project: Infrastructure Support The Capstone project gives an opportunity to demonstrate implementation skills acquired in previous modules, in a real-time project.
