L’azienda sperimenta e brevetta costantemente i materiali per gestirne le caratteristiche tecniche in funzione dei concept di progetto. L’idea è quella di coniugare, grazie ai suoi designer, capacità produttive e innovativi concept in oggetti di uso quotidiano. Per l’azienda questo è un obbiettivo che rappresenta il valore per la competitività su mercato internazionale. Tutti gli oggetti in catalogo sono infatti pensati con questa intenzione, coniugare valore tecnico ed estetica, caratteristiche tecniche dei materiali avanzati e concept di progetto. LITHHO is a PTMsrl design oriented label. It works with all types of ceramic materials, both traditional and advanced. Recently the company has been testing its technical know-how on the production of design objects with high technical value. LITHHO’s idea is to bring together the technical skills of its team of designers in processing ceramics with the aim of producing design-oriented everyday objects. The company believes that this is an effective way to enter the product design market in a way that is competitive on an international level. All the items in the catalog have been created with a precise design concept. The synergy between its to test and produce objects which have both precise aesthetic qualities – in line with the latest trends in design of the international physical, chemical and thermal features of ceramic materials.

Vaso sospeso e capovolto per interni ed esterni. Liberando le superfici di appoggio (pavimento e arredi) stabilisce una relazione diafana con l’ambiente. La sua apparenza instabile induce una fruizione dell’oggetto più lenta e riflessiva. Il sistema di irrigazione attraverso l’elemento in ceramica non smaltata e la posizione inversa della pianta interpreta nuovi parametri fra forma e funzione dell’oggetto.
A suspended pot for both indoors and outdoors. It frees the surfaces (floors and furnitures) establishing a diaphanous relationship with its environment. Its image, apparently fragile and unsteady, leads to courteous approaches, slows times of fruition, causes expectation and coax reflection. The porosity of non lacquered ceramic of its wateringcup exploits its materials features, to interpretate new parameters between form and function.

Il valore estetico delle piante in interni interpretato attraverso un vaso suddiviso in due parti, che gioca sul rapporto fra decoro e utilità. La parte bassa è un vaso per le piante, quella alta la riserva d’acqua per tenere il terreno umido e che, all’occorrenza, può essere utilizzato per i fiori recisi. Il vaso diventa doppiamente funzionale e si instaura un rapporto decorativo fra pianta e fiore reciso.
The aesthetic qualities of the plants into interior design with a double play between useful and decorative. The vase is than composed of two parts. The lower one to plant and the upper one to water it. The upper part can also be used for cut flowers so the functional upper element becomes twice useful. A bottle for both purposes in which the interplay creates decoration and utility.

Vasi ispirati al la modularità del tronco di bamboo e all’immagine delle piante spontanee che crescono all’interno di fessure naturali. L’elemento verde di chiusura, simile al “nodo” del tronco di bamboo, permette agli elementi di essere impilati e può essere usato come piccolo contenitore. L’elemento laterale , simile ad un germoglio, serve mer irrigare e mantenere l’umidità all’interno del vaso.
Inspired both by bamboo stalk module and plants growing out from wall/stone cracks. The elements are stackable due to the nodal green plate that can be used as a small container too. The lateral green stem as a fresh sprout to water the roots and balance soil humidity.

Questo vaso ha la forma di un comune vaso per piante ma la sua funzione è quella di contenere fiori recisi. Ha una diversa finitura a smalto fra interno ed esterno. Il sistema di elastici crea una griglia irregolare che consente di poter adattare fiori di diverse lunghezze e di creare composizioni.
This vase is made out from a classical pot shape with a new ceramic glazing in a double finishing fot the inner side and the outher side. Common rubber bands are useful to place and arrange flowers in the better way, from single one to different high bouquet.

Riusando la forma è stata cambiata la funzione usandoli in posizione inversa e dotandoli di un piccolo specchio centrale. La variazione di forme e colori permette di combinarli in maniera versatile e sempre diversa. All LITHHO ceramics are 100% artisan pieces produced handmade by craftsman in Italy. Although each piece is one of a series made with slip castin molds, it is hand polished and glazed and these processes provide the quality of the finished products. The alchemy of such a craft process may leaves unpredictable traces, small marks in the glaze, tiny cracks in the polish and other little flaws that mark the unique personality of every piece.
