2:00 p.m.: Virtual ~ Great Performers with Marc Courtade: The Superb Emma Thompson - Emma Thompson is known for her skillful performances over her forty year career. She starred in “Me and My Girl in London” and made several films with her then husband Kenneth Branagh. She won the Academy Award as Best Actress for her performance in “Howards End.” Thompson wrote the screenplay for Sense and Sensibility, winning a second Oscar, becoming the only person to win an Academy Award for both acting and writing. Join us for a look at the life and career of this astonishingly brilliant and versatile performer.
