Jericho yogurt business burglarized

Nassau County Police have reported that 16 Handles Yogurt, located at 22 Jericho Turnpike in Jericho, was burglarized at 4:15 a.m. on Thursday, June 15

Arrest for illegal gun possession

Nassau County Police arrested an Ohio man on Friday, June 16, for allegedly possessing an illegal firearm.

According to police, officers on patrol near the Econo Lodge, 429 Duffy Avenue, observed Anthony Landon, urinating on a sidewalk. Police say they recovered a loaded firearm from Landon. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and Disorderly Conduct.
