Fish Lovers Box 200g

This blend works beautifully on fish, prawns, chicken, lamb and vegetables. Simply coat your meat in the blend and oven bake, grill or pan fry. Gourmet Morsels are the herb and spice connoisseurs. Their business commenced 10 years ago in Melbourne specialising in Australian Bush and International herb and spice blends that contain no m.s.g. Their range consists of over 65 blends and every product is hand blended and made with love by owner, Chef Joe. Ingredients Your choice of meat or vegetables + 1 egg + milk Method 1. Simply do an egg wash (egg with dash of milk beaten) 2. Dip the meat or vegetables into the egg wash and then crumb with the spice blend.

Pan fry until golden in some olive oil or place on an oven tray, spray with olive oil and bake in 180ยบC for around 20 minutes. Enjoy!
