Remember the first time you rode a bicycle without training wheels? There is a complete sensation of freedom, self-reliability and longevity. Restoration Hardware is much like a bicycle in that it reminds us all of our past, and connects us to a timeâ&#x20AC;Ś. Its structural components, the spokes, chain, and gears are showcased, allowing us to marvel at the beauty of the functional form. These all attest to elements of design. It is designed for an architect who is living with his mother when she comes to visit. The Condo features one bedroom, one bedroom+studio, two bathroom, an open kitchen, a living space and four belconys.

el Caminito a Casa Gongora El Caminito a Casa Gongora is going to be a Spanish restaurant at Entertainment Zone Panama City. It opens from 10am to 11pm, and their services include lunch, dinner and bar. During lunch service, it is a Tapa restaurant, it will be a great place for shoppers from the mall who would like to have something light, fun, and delicious for a quick lunch and can share among friends. At night, it serves fullcourses dinner. The restaurant is historical building built in 1706 called Casa Gongora brought over from Casco Viejo, which is the antique part of Panama City.

Accompanying the building there will be a contemporary garden spread across the site. Dinning outside in the garden is also an option, and the garden will open to the public too. Its interior is a fusion of old and new, a balance between history and future. By utilizing materials, layering, scale and lighting we would like to enhance the dining experience as well as preserve the historical building by giving it a new life.
