Livability Anvil House Livability Anvil House in Billericay, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive care for adults with intellectual disabilities. Our team provide positive behaviour support to ensure that those in our care are enabled to live a flourishing life. Our home is in a peaceful residential area, close to the town centre. Our care is available 24 hours a day from experienced and well-trained staff. Our staff work closely with local GPs, psychologist, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists and community / learning disability nurses, providing tailored care. Our accessible and welcoming environment provides modern facilities, communal and individual spaces for people that live at the home, including large bedrooms, a lounge and sunny conservatory.

Community connections Our Enabling Support Workers help people who live at Anvil House enables people who live at Anvil House to enjoy life in their local community, accessing a wide range of recreational activities.

Who will provide care? Our team are dedicated, professional and are carefully chosen for their skills and compassion. With continuous training, they are able to provide quality care for a better resident experience, which promotes choice and enables people to live well and flourish. Every day, our team is guided by Livability's values, which are being open, enabling, inclusive and courageous in all that we do.
✓ Sports and fitness activities such as ice-skating and bowling Livability Anvil House is within easy reach of the town and a wide range of amenities including banks, a post office, and various supermarkets. Close by are Chelmsford and Basildon's leisure options, including an ice rink, cinema and theatres. The area is served by a reliable local cab service and good public transport networks including direct train links to London.
