NATURAL STRENGTH The human foot has 20 muscles that can weaken from being confined and squished together in shoes and traditional socks. When you spread your toes these muscles are activated and get stronger, promoting foot health and full-body support.

NATURAL TRAINING The toes, each significant, separate allowing us to stand still and spring our bodies into motion. If toes are given space to act independently, they can help improve balance and agility.

NATURAL PERFORMANCE Fitness methods, like Pilates, Barre and yoga, are practiced barefoot so you can experience the body’s natural mechanics and movement. Bare feet and sweat...gross!
