Biography Biography Interested in Handmade Crafsmanship the designer was worked in Haute Couture Fashion Houses (Celia Kritharioti,2013) and backstage in the Athenian Opera (Nabucco, 2012). After moving to London, she worked in the preparation of Fashion Shows such as Lungta de Fancy (2014) & Graduate Fashion Week (2013-14). Lida has volunteered in activities such as Marathons, Reforestations and in the Children's Creative Lab in the Greek National Gallery. Fluent in English and Greek, she designs by hand and CAD (Photoshop,Illustrator,InDesign). Interested in Pattern Cutting as well as Design, she can sew by hand and by machine, knit, embroider and bead as seen in her work in the next pages..
The brand, a wordplay between the designer’s full name and the expression “Liven Up”, is an optimistic, print & colour orientated idea influenced by social issues as much as catwalk trends. Hand beading, embroidery and hand striches are often used in order to create unique pieces.
