New-look office re-opens L
OCAL estate agency Jones & Chapman in Greasby is delighted to announce the refurbishment of its office on Greasby Road is now fully complete.
The revamp follows a flood in the branch a few months ago, which resulted in the office having to be closed. As part of the refurbishment, all internal and external decoration was updated, new flooring and signage was installed and new window displays were created to showcase properties in a much more attractive setting. The team at the popular Jones & Chapman branch is thrilled with the results of the refurbishment. “We are very pleased with the office’s new look and we
hope it will provide a more comfortable and relaxed setting for customers. I would like to thank our customers who have been very patient while we have had the work done,” says Mark Russell, who was recently appointed as the Greasby office’s new manager/valuer. With a wealth of expertise, Mark joins the Jones & Chapman team from a national housebuilder, where he was a sales representative for six years. He also has experience and knowledge of working for an independent estate agency, which he can bring to his new role. The Greasby branch has seen increases across all areas of the business, including a rise in applicants and sales levels. To help deal with these increases, Judith Evans has moved to a full-time negotiator role at the branch. Jones & Chapman’s Greasby team
