Agency opens new office

NE of Wirral’s leading independent estate agents has expanded into West Kirby and opened a new office on Banks Road.

Bradshaw Henderson officially opened its new West Kirby office on Tuesday, July 3. This is the third Bradshaw Henderson office to open in Wirral since the well-regarded firm was founded in 2010 by directors David Bradshaw FPCS and Richard Henderson. A pro-active firm of estate agents, valuers, surveyors and auctioneers, Bradshaw Henderson has built a reputation for excellence since inception two years ago, and the launch of its West Kirby office will cement

its existing success. Commenting on the firm’s expansion into West Kirby, director David Bradshaw said: “We decided to open our new office in West Kirby after wonderful success at our already very busy Heswall office.” The launch of Bradshaw Henderson’s West Kirby office follows the firm’s expansion into residential lettings in September last year, when it opened a dedicated lettings office in Heswall, and is part of a wider plan to enhance Bradshaw Henderson’s presence in Wirral. “It is our intention to open further Wirral offices in the future,” added David. “We are delighted with our new location and offices and would welcome enquiries from potential
