Five celebrates move to Irby B
Y combining the latest digital marketing techniques with local property knowledge and a friendly, personal service, Five Estates has built up an enviable reputation since opening its estate agency in February 2010.
The independent firm started offering lettings in October 2009 and, following the launch of its estate agency last year, the company has gone from strength-to-strength. Now, to cement its existing success, Five Estates has moved to a new, state-of-the-art office on Thingwall Road in the heart of Irby village. Partners in the company,
Chris and Caryn Davies, spotted a gap in the local market in Irby and moved into the new premises earlier this month. Chris said: “We felt that Irby and the surrounding area were lacking in local estate agency services, and we want to offer local residents and landlords another choice when it comes to selling or renting out their properties.” The firm celebrated its move with an open day on Saturday, March 5, which gave locals the chance to have a look around Five Estates’ new high street office and meet the friendly, knowledgeable team. Chris added: “We’ve been fitting out the office with
all the latest equipment, and have had a great deal of people looking through the window, so the event was an opportunity for everyone to come inside rather than having to just look in. “We offered clients a chance to find out more information about our sales and letting services, as well as the opportunity to review their mortgage choices with our in-house mortgage expert. “On a lighter note, we also noticed a lot of our home-made purple cupcakes being eaten, and lots of happy children walking away with purple helium balloons!” The event was a huge success and, as well as
enjoying the company’s signature purple cupcakes and balloons, the event helped Five Estates secure a number of new customers.
