New online estate agents launched
A
WELL known face in the local property sector has left one of Wirral’s leading estate agents and launched her own lettings and property management company.
Having had many years’ experience in the property industry and working in all areas of Merseyside, Michelle Ramejkis was inspired to go it alone and set up iLets LPM as an online-based lettings and property management company, with her brother, Andrew Ramejkis. Michelle set the company up with the help of The Women’s Organisation in Liverpool, and held a Champagne reception in 60 Hope Street last month, to
officially launch the business. Michelle said: “We want to move the lettings market forward and dispense with the old fashioned way of looking for properties. “The internet has become the preferred way to search for a property and because we’re online, we don’t have a shop front and aren’t tied to one particular area so we can look after properties throughout the North West. “We’re also able to work longer hours than traditional high street agents and are available seven days a week for valuations, viewings, inspections and to deal with any maintenance or repair issues.” The company has a dedicated website which
