Mark returns to Greasby A
WELL-known face in Wirral’s property sector has returned to the branch where he began his career – 20 years after he left.
Mark Watson, from Wallasey, began his career at Jones & Chapman’s Greasby branch. He spent 10 years there and now, after successfully running the company’s Wallasey branch for 20 years, he has returned. Mark, who has rejoined the Greasby Road office as branch partner, said: “The company wanted me to come back to develop the area because I knew it so well. And, after leaving to go to Wallasey 20 years ago, I genuinely missed Greasby – I

like the people and I like the area” Mark helped many people to buy and sell their home during his time here in the 1980s and made many friends in the local community. He said: “I was here for 10 years, so I got to know people very well. And, since I’ve been back, it’s staggering
how many people have remembered me from when I helped them buy a house all those years ago.” In Mark’s opinion, Greasby village has changed very little in the past 20 years, and retains much of its charm and character – and the people are as friendly as ever. One major change, of
