Liverpool’s citizen of the year is Christopher D’Arcy, an outstanding contributor to the local community for more than two decades including as a team leader in the NSW SES.

Other award winners were: Young Citizen: Jorga Suga; Senior Citizen: Garth Eggleston; Sports: Ismail Shahid; Health: Associate professor Ahmad Alrubaie; Small Business: Cedar Pest Services; Macquarie Award: HammondCare; and Fraser Environment Award: Richard Azar.

Keeping With Care

EXHIBITION DATES: 14 MARCH – 12 AUGUST 2023

Keeping with Care highlights key heritage objects of National, State and Local significance within the heritage collections of Liverpool Regional Museum and Liverpool City Library. The exhibition presents objects, which reflect social, industrial, commercial, migrant, and military histories of the greater Liverpool District from the 1800s to 1970s.
